Enrollment Eligibility

 

Welcome to Diamond Lakes Federal Credit Union
Online Membership Application

To become a member, you must live, work, worship, attend school or regularly do business in one of the six counties we serve:  Garland, Hot Spring, Clark, Grant, Montgomery or Pike Counties.  We also serve all of Hot Springs Village and family members of our members.  Membership is represented in a $5 deposit to a Share Savings Account with a one-time $5 membership fee. 

This process will take approximately 10 minutes.  To complete this application, you will need to supply the following:

  • Your name
  • Current street address and telephone numbers
  • Current mailing address if different from the street address
  • Social Security Number
  • Employer information

Before we can complete your account opening, you will also need to provide the following.  Watch for instructions at the end of the application process. 

  • Copy of valid State ID or driver's license
  • Evidence of membership eligibility showing current address (utility bill, insurance card, voter registration or any mail with USPS standardized address)
  • Selfie photo of you holding your driver's license or State ID beside your face
  • Signed account opening documents (we can do this via email and electronic signature)

Applicants must be 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to open an account electronically.
