Welcome to Diamond Lakes Federal Credit Union Online Membership Application To become a member, you must live, work, worship, attend school or regularly do business in one of the six counties we serve: Garland, Hot Spring, Clark, Grant, Montgomery or Pike Counties. We also serve all of Hot Springs Village and family members of our members. Membership is represented in a $5 deposit to a Share Savings Account with a one-time $5 membership fee. This process will take approximately 10 minutes. To complete this application, you will need to supply the following: - Your name
- Current street address and telephone numbers
- Current mailing address if different from the street address
- Social Security Number
- Employer information
Before we can complete your account opening, you will also need to provide the following. Watch for instructions at the end of the application process. Copy of valid State ID or driver's license Evidence of membership eligibility showing current address (utility bill, insurance card, voter registration or any mail with USPS standardized address) Selfie photo of you holding your driver's license or State ID beside your face Signed account opening documents (we can do this via email and electronic signature)
Applicants must be 16 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to open an account electronically. |
