You will need the following information for all owners to complete the process:

• All applicants must be U.S. residents and at least 18 years of age
• Social Security Number or Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN)
• A valid form of identification including: Driver's License, State ID, Military ID or Passport
• Your funding account bank routing number and your checking or savings account number
• If applying for an account with a joint owner, you will need to provide their Full Name, Social Security Number, Identification (as listed above) and Date of Birth

For your protection, your application will automatically time out if there is not activity for 5 minutes. All information will be lost if this occurs. We recommend you save your application periodically throughout the process by clicking the Save Incomplete Application link on the following pages.
