Enrollment Eligibility

How to Join

Joining 1199 SEIU Federal Credit Union is easy. Simply complete our membership application.  Your initial deposit will need to be at least $100 to open your Share Savings Account, along with a one-time membership fee of $5. (total of $105.00)

Once your membership is established, you can remain a credit union member for life, even if you change jobs, relocate, or retire. Plus, after you become a member, your immediate family members are automatically eligible to join (conditions apply). For additional membership applications for your family members call or visit our office.

To complete this online application you will need to have the following available:

  1. Two forms of ID (primary and secondary)
  2. Name, address and telephone number of your place of employment
  3. You must have a valid government state ID to apply for membership online.  If you have a different type of valid ID you will need to come to our branch to apply for membership.

Please note: You have 30 days from applying for membership to complete the application.  After 30 days, your application will be removed and you will have to reapply.
