You are eligible for membership if you are employed by any facility of SSM Health Care, BJC Health Care, Metro South Hospital (Chicago).  Additionally, if you are a physician, nurse, pharmacist, dietician, or are employed in any capacity by a hospital, urgent care center, nursing home, doctor's office, ambulance service; or have a family member employed in one of the aforementioned capacities you will be eligible for membership.

We also serve the communities of Maplewood, MO and Richmond Heights, MO which includes those who live or work in the zip codes of 63143 and 63117.
