Personal Deposit Account Application Requirements

To complete a personal deposit account application, you will need the following information for yourself and the joint applicant:

• Address (PO boxes cannot be used) including previous home address if you have lived at your current home address less than two years
• Phone number
• Social Security or Tax ID Number
• Date of birth
• One valid form of identification (driver's license, passport, or government-issued ID), including the ID number, date of issue, and expiration date.  NOTE:  When using a State Identification card, two other pieces of information are also required.  Acceptable items include any mailings addressed to you that were sent to your current address (not forwarded), billing statements, utility bills, etc.
• For electronic funding, you will need your current bank account and routing numbers

We are unable to open accounts online for residents outside of Macomb and Oakland Counties, minors under age 18, non-US Citizens, or Resident Aliens.  All applications will be processed through Early Warning Services.
