Enrollment Eligibility

Our field of membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships or is currently educated in Macomb, Genesee, Lapeer, Lenawee, Livingston, Monroe, Oakland, St. Clair, Washtenaw, and Wayne County and all MILITARY  (active or veteran) within the State of Michigan. 

This process will take approximately 10 minutes. To complete this application, you will need to supply the following:

  • Your Name
  • Current Street Address and Telephone Numbers
  • Date of Birth
  • Social Security Number
  • Employer Information
  • Valid State ID or Current Driver's License
  • A Credit/Debit Card or Account Number & Routing # to make the initial deposit to your account of at least $10

Applicants must be 18 years of age and older and a legal resident of the United States to open an account electronically.
